Brick Wall Spray Painted With Graffiti And Steel Pipes

Reddish-brown brick wall with similarly coloured concrete mortar.  The brick has been spray painted with what appears to be a red number 8 on a yellow background or a red window frame on a yellow facade.  The spray paint is dripping drown the wall, 2 steel pipes which are mostly likely housing for electrical wires is mounted next to the graffiti.  The pipes are clearly made of galvanized steel, one appears almost in pristine condition while the other is covered in rust which originates from the clips holding the pipe tightly to the brick wall.
